I personally think Ultimate's best games were Atic Atac and Jetpac. I still play a PD version of Jetpac (Jetpak DX) on my Colour Gameboy.

I think things did go downhill after Alien 8 though ...

Jet-Pac was a favourite of mine! And, strangely enuff, Pssst! Both were very addictive games. Can't say the same for their 3-D games though. Didn't have much patience for them. Enjoyed Batman and Head over Heels more than any of Ultimate stuff.

Silversoft rocked! I think they, along with fantasy software should be as highly regarded as ultimate. In fact i got more enjoyment out of those two companies games than any of ultimates. Strange but true.

Yeah, the first real "killer app" must of been Manic Miner, it made sinclair sell machines by the bucketload..maybe the ULTIMATE games as well...

I'd have to agree entirely with PeeknPoke. Manic Miner is the one I'd go for and also the Ultimate games are in there too.
