I'm just confused by the thread question, if the problem is with Bubble Bobble itself why generalise every programmer?

I'm really surprised that anyone is having a pop ;-) at Bubble Bobble. I think it's one of the finest arcade conversions on the speccy, and that is seriously saying something. -

Yea uwol incorporates aspects from so many classic games its not surprising its so playable, bubble bobble is my fav 2player co-op game on the speccy -

I liked Taito Coin-Op Hits that had Arkanoid and Renegade, Bubble Bobble and Flying Shark on it. I remember liking Konami`s Coin-OP hits too.
