These screens will use too much Spectrum memory, even if you use tiles. So I think, 128K versions of these games could be done with some background simplifacations.

From mastertronic could be MicroMouse, but its missing. You could find it in C64.
From USGold there were ChipsChallenge, which background is also inside computers.
