Thanks for the suggestion Nick, but this was older than Scapeghost. I would have played it around 1984 (should have mentioned that!). In fact, I played it on a 16K Spectum, so that may narrow it down. -

I have a cousin who used to nick games from WH Smith, copy them and would then put them back on the shelf - strange!
I would get games from the local library and copy them, I got a lot of games that way but I still bought a lot as well.
