You need a lead (obviously).
The back of the +3 manual has the appropriate connection schematics for a 3.5mm jack plug - talk to an electrician if you cannot do your own wiring. -

I find the easy thing to do is to record your 'sound' straight back to a cassette.
It can be finicky but works fine.
