Definately Turbo Espirit. Excellent game that was, just going round the city was great fun. Very stressful trying to do the game, after they make the drop they then go off in all different directions. -

There was a City Bomber prog written by a guy called Dweezel (unlikely to be his real name), but AFAIK it was only available from Buffer Micro in Streatham, and I doubt that WoS has a copy (it was nothing special anyway)... -
