Are you all sure it is definitely a mod? My +3 has some rather amateurish looking bits and pieces added to the top and bottom of the PCB, and that is apparently how the issue 1 left the factory. At first I thought somebody had been tinkering with it. -

Id like it to be kept as original really. The best way I can describe the picture quality is if you have pulled out the aerial of a telly. But its sort of poorly tuned in. -
