    Maybe you should try to use GIF compression instead of JPG. JPG is meant to be used for photographs with lots of shading and colours.

    ... the DRB to include a compression option. A DRB *is* a ... CSW, without compression. That extra RLE compression will come in *very ... the DRBs to allow CSW compression. DRBs, as I said above ... , are CSWs with no compression.

    Rudy Biesma has written a routine to print in
    color. Although it's a large routine (with buffer up to 2K) it can do the job.

    It analyses the ATTR-file and then prints the wanted colors.

    The 128k Print buffer would obviously be in the paged memory somewhere. The +3 I know uses page 7 as a scratchpad for +3 DOS.

    Either this answers my question - I want to use all the RAM for M/C anyway.
