PlayTZX will make u a VOC file instantly - then it's just convert to WAV and dump to minidisc :) -

Taper may load the Warajevo TAP format and allow saving to TZX.
May I ask why you wanna convert W-TAP to TZX, or was it purely for using them on a TZX supporting emulator ?

TAPER doesn't support those files.
However, the Warajevo environment (the database part) can convert them for you. -

If you have a WAV file, why not try to convert them directly to a TZX file using MakeTZX or something? Or even trying to load the WAV's directly into Spectaculator and try saving them as TZX? -
