Amiga Disk Images or .ADF are what you need. They arent roms though as rom stands for Read Only Memory and Amiga disks along with speccy tapes can be overwritten so arent read only. -

ZXSpin supports input from real tapes. Also supports .img/edsk disk images (edsk and dsk both use the ".dsk" extension) and mdr files.
