SNA2DSK in [url=http://www.seasip.demon.co.uk/ZX/unix.html]TAPTOOLS[/url] will take a 48k snapshot and convert it to a .DSK image.
TAPTOOLS also has a tap -> dsk converter, but that's only going to be automatic for simple BASIC programs.
