I must say Ultimate. Their quality and innovation were excellent! Atic Atac, Cookie and Jet Pac are all top class.
Other great software houses include names like Mikro-Gen, Quicksilva and dk'Tronics. US Gold also published many good titles. -

With my Speccy I got a game pack by Sinclair which contained 8 games (Jet Pac, Cookie, Pssst, Flight Simulation, Chess, Backgammon, Reversi and Chequered Flag).
