Jetpac as most games around that time just didn't have its polish.
The only one at the time that really came close was Stop the Express which had a similar level of cutesyness as the other Ultimate games of the time like Cookie and Pssst. -

Definitely Jet Pac. Deathchase 3D is also a great game but Jet Pac is clearly better. I must say Ultimate. Their quality and innovation were excellent! Atic Atac, Cookie and Jet Pac are all top class.
Other great software houses include names like Mikro-Gen, Quicksilva and dk'Tronics.
