If the custom font has the standard 8 bytes per character you can use Spin's GFX's ripper to find it and then export a 768-byte file. It only takes a few minutes to browse through memory this way. -

More than21 UDG's? Why not redefining the font? You will have 96 UDG's. You can also switch between multiple UDG's Banks. Writing a custom Font routine in ZXBC is also not black magic.

Actually there are 96 font characters (from 32 to 127).
Thus 2 different fonts will give you 96*2=192 characters, using 768*2=1536 bytes.
