I wrote a program that does just that, because my cross-assembler of choice (Tasm) doesn't have a binary include. Two very obvious possibilities spring to mind:
1) The data is corrupt
2) The emulator is bugged
A good clue as to which can be determined by running the tape of a variety of emulators and noting any differences...
