Pretty unlikely. PSU problems wouldn't cause the NMI output on the Spectranet CPLD to get burned out. -

It seems emulation is working wrong. I think you should ask manufacturer for some update. We tested game on original "toadrack" 128К, +2 Grey case, +2А Black. Also I have divIDE 2k14 version. Tape loading is fast and working fine.
