    So the question for games not running properly is not that the CPU contention timing is different, but that contention is applied differently to memory banks on the toastrack/+2 and the +2a/b/3.

    Toastrack and +3 are better as you can plug in external tape deck. IMO anyway. Worth thinking about.

    Are you using anything else plugged into the edge connector at the same time, such as a DivIDE? If not, it should work OK. I have a few, they all work on my 48K versions, but not on my +3, but maybe they would on a 128K toastrack.

    the fittings are the same, but the toastrack has the same orientation as a 48k but a grey +2 they are both to the let towards the joystick ports

    I suppose it all depends on if the membrane can reach, unless they can be extended in some way?

    ah, of course the toastrack has a ULA, it's a YUV output, not RGB.

    so the board would be for the +3 and either type of +2

    I guess the toastrack has YUV at the edge connector does it?
