    That reminds me... I remember getting a BASIC compiler off a BBS I think, or perhaps from Micronet. All I can remember about it was that it boasted double buffering for graphics, and it may have had a full screen editor. Any ideas what it may have been?

    "Where time stood still" is a good example of using double buffering to reduce flicker and produce a larger scrolling area than would have been possible otherwise.
