I don't know about the GBA, but I have a similar problem with a GB cartridge (double dragon II). The cartidge can be open with a wierd key that I don't have, but I'm afraid GBA cartidges are glued together... -

I completed it years ago when it was first released. The conversion is by the same guy who programmed Double Dragon on the Speccy... :(
