yes, well, sort of, there is the dizzy editor, but its not to edit any particualr game you see, its a program with a bubnh of graphics that you sort of tile together and make yout own dizzy game, its in Russian though. -

I'd be glad to translate the game into english if someone tells me how to patch it. Maybe it would be as easy as loading the snapshot in a good hex editor and change the plain text into English, wouldn't it be?
