There are emulators like Real Spectrum, R80 and Spectaculator which can read POK files automatically. Just remember that you should only apply pokes suitable for the game of your choice :) -

The +D requires a "fixer" edge connector converter when used with a +2A/+3. I don't recall any special pokes. The snapshot button does not work as well as the multiface and only saves some games. -
