I also live in the US.
I was going to try and find some kind of rgb compatible monitor on ebay but scrapped that idea and went with a multisystem TV. It works great but works from the RF sig. -

When I change the screen size to 100 or 200% or change the border size the screen goes to the top left cornor of the monitor and the window stays where it is. I have W2000.

I tried another card and the problem went but the full screen mode now has a frequency the monitor hasn't. What frequency and lacing is it? I can't remember if it worked on the other card.
