I think I've found one... the 128k version of Chase HQ not only has sampled speech, but I'm sure the sound you hear when you choose to start a game is sampled from the arcade version... -

I always found the game physics to be better on the Spectrum than on either of the other two machines, especially the C64.
This is most notable in games such as Batman the Movie, Chase HQ and the Renegade games. -
