It will load the turbo blocks with the 0 length of 531 and 1 length of 1063. I got these figures from Cliffhanger. The game itself saves data in flash load so it could be examined for exact timing. -

It looks like a dodgy tap file. I just tried it in SPIN and get the same results. It works fine on flash load, but get the loading errror the old fashioned way.
