I don't think you can go straight from the TD0 image, but you can recreate a real floppy then use Samdisk.exe to create a .MGT image -

I can only recommend RealSpectrum as the others don't seem to support PlusD interface/.MGT format. Whereas RS supports both the .MGT format and real floppy disks.
Shame the UI is so clunky. -
