    Looks OK. I'd change 'site map' to 'menu'. Have a margin between the menu & the edge of the screen & never, ever use frames.

    You can use a bit of javascript to include pages into div tags.

    Frames are being depreciated because they are so bad. The idea is that you don't include pages from another site, you have a link instead.
