    They are. What you're talking about is the difference between an Issue 2 and an Issue 3 Spectrum.

    Both issue 2 and issue 3 Spectrums are of the ... boards in the Spectrum+ are issue 4 (although I do believe ... 's always better to leave issue 2 keyboard emulation active since ... find a game that needs issue 3 behaviour.
