Of course you could call the Harlequin a 7400 logic based hardware speccy emulator. That would be a rather unusual way to use the word "emulator" though. Agreeing with Jeff here, (un)realSpectrum, a Pentagon 128/1024SL and a +2 in use here.
A Harlequin and a PentEvo would be nice additions, but not of a too high priority currently.
