    Essentially the only source for ULAs is cannabilising old machines. On the other hand, you could try making one from the [url=http://www.nfluid.com/specDesign/indexPage.shtml]Harlequin[/url]'s design.

    Wandering OT - I'm curious why you're thinking of using DRAM for the Harlequin rather than a modern static RAM? Of course, if it's "parts bucket engineering" (I have the chips sitting around, therefore I'll use them!) well, then I quite understand :-)
