And my Harlequin lives, finally found a bad solder point, and the blank video output finally came alive.
Slightly fuzzy composite output, so will have to check for other problems.

For what it's worth, I've not noticed any issues with my Spectranet and Harlequin with CMOS Z80.
I do have the series resistor fix in place on the Spectranet though.
