Easily [I]Head over Heels[/I] for me; I think it's a bloody magnificent piece of gaming history as I will tell anyone who'll listen. [I]Driller[/I] and [I]The Sentinel[/I] can fight it out for second place. -

I'd put money on it using the very standard trick of having your IM2 routine at 0xffff (especially as I know Head over Heels does that). -
