In the old infoseek, I would type the name of a game and it would list various files, and one of these would be often a txt file of the original instructions, but they don't seem to be there now. I was wondering if I'm looking in the wrong place?

Yes, the infoseek ID can be easily embedded ...

You only need the infoseek ID, then use the WoS API to get the rest of the details - that way each emulator author can decide whether or not to make use of it :)
