    Note that some SCART leads use the composite video signal for the composite sync (as the composite video signal includes the composite sync signal).

    Is it doing your head in yet :P

    There is no easy way to interface a 15KHz video signal, to a 31KHz CRT VGA monitor. Scandoubling involves line buffering memory.

    There are however off the shelf solutions such as the GBS 8200 board.

    Vcc is correct.
    TAE2000 is for composing the video signal from ULA input and feeding it to the tuner, so nothing you have to worry about atm (as you get a picture via RGB).
