It is a common problem with the issue 2 boards, You can alter the tint with 2 screws which change the video output to the modulator o (2 pots (guess you have had the machine open).just move either pot slightly and it should stop the yellowing . -

Irronically, such a crap game gets so much attention just because its author didn't test it with both issue 2 and issue 3 keyboards. Whatever "issue 2 or 3" means :)
