Make your own, it's not very hard.
You have a 3.5 mm stereo jack on one side and two 3.5 mm mono jacks in the other. Buy stereo audio cable and solder them yourself.
Or ask in the shop, many electronic shops build cables for you. -

I use 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack stereo cable with no probs for my +3. Or u could try a 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack mono cable if using a mono cassette player.
