Jet-Pac was a favourite of mine! And, strangely enuff, Pssst! Both were very addictive games. Can't say the same for their 3-D games though. Didn't have much patience for them. ...and I've not noticed any scrolling problems. Mind you, I've mostly been trying stuff like Manic Miner, Jet Pac (ahem) and Exolon.
But I did try that feast of 3D wonder, Micronaut One, and that ran fine. So scrolling should be cool.
