The company accounts show liabilities of 81k and no royalties have been paid for in some cases years. I doubt Elite have the money to pay royalties, so presumably it would have to be out of a directors pocket or via the kickstarter funds?

This is the only Kickstarter I've seen that has lost money in its final hours.
If there were no issues surrounding the project, I'm sure it would've made around ?70-80k.
