Possibly Kokotoni Wilf or Jet Set Willy. Can't remember exactly though. (Memory is a bit hazy about that time period). It was in my cousins house in 84/85. First game I bought was Panama Joe (1 year later).

I think the worst game ever was Kokotoni wilf, sound is terrible graphics are so bright it could trigger an epileptic fit - its just so BAD!
