I've never done this straight into an emulator.
Why not just convert the tapes to .wav then convert them into .tap?

I experiment with the volume controls and nothing does :/. I try to record sound from tape to wav and its strong :). With max volume line in its loud :P. So whats the problem !! ;/. Help please ! :)
