The correct link has a capital B on Badgers. Unfortunately it crashes immediately in Fuse - shame, I really wanted to see this :) I suspect saving it in Z80 format might help. -

I'm not sure it's really a "ULA bug" that it doesn't work on the 128K; the timings are just different and Starion doesn't account for that. -
