Well, Solar Jetman got to a preview stage in Crash so a early copy of it may be lurking somewhere! I have got the game on the Nes but the speccy version would still be an interesting find. -

Lots of games were like that. I stayed up all night seeing out of the hundreds of cassettes I have, which ones still load in. A lot of them seemed pretty tough and pointless.
I think Lunar Jet Man is the classic example though! -
