Does ZXSP for Mac OSX require 10.3 too? Although Fuse is the best, ZXSP is pretty good too. Far more preferable than running MacSpectacle in Classic mode. -

Regarding the CSS issues between different browsers, your main issue will be with IE/Win (not so much IE/Mac, oddly). Something I've learned while doing CSS work has been that "* html" is a useful hack. Not sure how well it all works with IE7 now tho'. -

Fuse is good - I chose it mainly because it works on my Mac OS X laptop as well as my Linux workstation. It has a nice inbuilt debugger too, which is handy. -

Don't know about opera on the PC, but opera (and safari) on the mac are more compliant to w3c standards than any other browsers.
