I don't think you'll find anything like that on the Net, but you can always make one yourself - just use an emulator and a tape copier program to load and then save screens to a TZX/TAP. -

I like MakeTZX. It will make a TZX for you, but if WAV file is a recording from tape with only normal blocks, then you will have no trouble converting that TZX file to TAP. -
