The increased traffic after WoS took most of the archive offline, is probably the primary reason the Meulie mirror is taken offline too. -

As far as I am aware, the only WOS-endorsed mirror is wos.meulie.net. As it's endorsed, I expect it shares the same legal status as WOS.
Besides, it has a [i]much[/i] nicer database front end than we do.
