4116 DRAM for 48KSomeone told me I got faulty RAM in my broken 48K. They should be 150ns, right? What would be a good place to buy them from?
Incidentally if you're trying to make your Speccy more efficient, csmith has made a timing faithful 48K ULA using an Xilinx XC95144 CPLD. It'll probably use about 1/10th of the power of the Spectrum's RTL ULA. -
