Me too - I would go for the CF option, have a bag of 64MB Cisco CF modules under my desk at work - the routers seem to always come with a 64MB and a 256MB upgrade.

The best home-made modules I've played are Penultima 1 & 2 and Elegia Eternum, which were all written by the same person. They're awesome, especially Elegia Eternum. 8)
