Probably only SCART 1 supports RGB. Red colour missing suggests that you have either a broken wire in the SCART cable, or there's a fault inside the spectrum.

We might have a culprit, R72 is reading 0.7K on the 20K range on my multimeter. I only tested it in circuit so I'll test the old resistor out of circuit when I get a chance.
