RECOM regulator and TR4 & 5 replaced tonight and everything is back to normal. No more sick Spectrum.

Can't say I've seen that myself, but if you don't get a picture when you connect a new regulator, then check the +12V line (via the ZTX213 and ZTX313 transistors, same as on a 48K). -
