As much as I love isometric, my vote goes to Mafti (version with a new logo). It's tight, clean, well balanced; and it easily fits into a 800x600 screen - which is not the case for many other designs. -

By the way, does anyone know why the title screen has a big black bit in the right hand corner - it's as if a logo has been taken off the screen, it looks odd. The C64 version doesn't have it. -
