Okay replaced both faulty lower ram ic.
Now I get a white border and random looking inside it.
Same with disabled upper memory, and no keyboard.
So what does this mean ?
More dead lower memory chips ? -

Most likely another lower RAM IC is bad. It'll be hard to tell which without an oscilloscope, although if you can post a picture of the display here, we might be able to make an educated guess if there's a visible pattern.

1) Are you getting the +12v/-5v measurements on the lower RAM sockets? If so then TR4 is probably fine.
